Ticket Buying
Tickets are now on sale for the production. Simply click the GET TICKETS button to book your tickets online through Broadway Direct. Other booking methods can be found on the Ticket Info page.
We want to ensure everyone is offered a chance to get a ticket for the show. You will be able to purchase up to 9 tickets in one transaction. Tickets for groups of 10+ are available from Broadway.com/Groups or by calling 1-800-BROADWAY X2
Tickets for Stranger Things: The First Shadow are available from StrangerThingsBroadway.com and from the Marquis Theatre website at broadwaydirect.com. Priority tickets are now on sale for those signed up to the mailing list plus Mastercard cardholders. The general on sale will be on September 17 at 11am ET for all those who didn’t sign up.
You are able to purchase your ticket through the following methods of payments which may include, but are not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay.
All fees are included within the advertised ticket price.
You will be offered delivery method options during the checkout process and you may choose your delivery method from the list provided. Generally, some of the following delivery methods may be offered: Will Call, Print at Home or Email.
There are no family group prices for the show. Tickets are only available individually.
All ticket purchases are final and tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. It is your responsibility to make sure that you purchase tickets for the correct performance date, time, and location.

The first performance of Stranger Things: The First Shadow in New York will be Friday, March 28, 2025.
The show does not have a planned closing date. When tickets go on sale, this will be for the first booking period or set of dates that are available. For more information on further ticket releases and later performance dates, please sign up to our mailing list at StrangerThingsBroadway.com.
Previews are public performances of the show that take place before its official opening. The purpose of the preview is to allow the creative team time to identify small changes and opportunities for improvements or adjustments that are best identified with a live audience. The first preview for Stranger Things: The First Shadow on Broadway is March 28, 2025. The Opening Night is on April 22, 2025.

Show Information
Welcome to Hawkins. A new student names Henry Creel has just moved to town, and the story you thought you knew is just beginning….
The show runs 2 hours and 45 minutes, and that time includes one intermission.
The play is set within the world and mythology of Stranger Things. A good guide would be to check if you and your party are comfortable with the level of content within the TV show. We would recommend 12+. Under 5s are not permitted. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
This production contains gunfire audio, loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe, and strong language. There are depictions of various mental health conditions and disorders.

A new character to the Stranger Things story, you’ll meet Bob Newby’s sister Patty on the stage.
Set 24 years before we meet them in Stranger Things, the play will feature Hopper, Joyce and Bob Newby in their senior year at Hawkins High School. And we can’t forget Henry Creel will be a freshman when we turn back the clocks in Hawkins to 1959.
